A sad incident
yesterday claimed the life of Emmanuel Joseph aka Big Joe, a third year student
of Political Science who is a student of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He was shot dead
by suspected cultists at Hilltop, a location notorious for criminal activities
in the school. It is believed that his death might be as a result of cult
clash, however, an official statement is yet to be released by the school.
There has also
been reports of shootings going on around Hilltop. Residents are advised to be
cautious and stay indoors to allow the security agents handle the situation.
